Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any person registering for a workshop or custom training session with Rocket Fuel Design. All notifications of cancellations and requests for transfers must be sent via email to hello@rocketfueldesign.co.nz

Cancellations and Refunds

In-person/virtual workshops – If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you are able to receive a credit note for the full amount paid if you give us at least 14 days notice before the date of your booked workshop. All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Credits issued will be valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any in-person workshop or online training.

Online Courses –  Due to the digital nature of our online courses and programs we don’t offer refunds.

In-person/virtual workshops

Rocket Fuel Design reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule workshops due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation, we will offer you the option to transfer to another date, choose an online workshop instead or receive a refund or credit note. We are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as flights and accommodation.

Transfers for in-person workshops are available and notice must be given at least 48 business hours before the start time of the workshop.

Rocket Fuel Design cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances. Only one transfer is allowed, and it must be used within 3 months of the original course date.

Substitutions – You may substitute another person in your place.  If you’re substituting, you’re in charge of organising that, please notify us prior to the event to let us know who will be attending.

Non-Attendance. If you fail to attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date. We will attempt to send you a 72-hour course reminder to your nominated email address, but cannot guarantee its delivery – it is your responsibility to remember the course dates you have registered for.

General

The information provided by Rocket Fuel Design is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Rocket Fuel Design reserves the right to change dates, venue location, content or facilitators at its discretion, and to refuse to accept a booking.
