Rocket Fuel Design is a boutique graphic design and marketing studio run by Lainey Te Whatu. Located in Palmerston North. With a passion for helping New Zealand businesses thrive. You won’t hear us saying “no” very often, we do everything we can to help build our client’s brands which is why so many think of us as THEIR marketing team and we just love that!

Launched in 2015, Rocket Fuel Design has gone from a passionate freelancing designer to a team of creative experts in their fields. Our vision is to be that full-service creative marketing agency that you call upon to grow your business to the next level. A team of creatives who thrive on exploring new ideas, early adaptors of anything digital and passionate about becoming better CONSTANTLY.

Lainey Te Whatu

Creative Director

Lainey is the Creative Director and Marketing Specialist for Rocket Fuel Design. She is passionate about providing high-quality and unique marketing and design services to her clients. With over ten years experience in design and marketing, along with a Master's Degree in Marketing Management, Lainey knows her stuff. When Lainey isn't working she is looking after her two beautiful children and spending quality time with family and friends.

Rachel Hodgson

Marketing Assistant

Rachel is studying a Bachelor of Communication at Massey University. She is delighted to assist in curating excellent marketing and communications for clients. Extra passionate about writing and public relations, outside of work Rachel is a lover of the arts and fitness.

Chaunté Stadler

Project Administrator

Since her early years, Chaunté always had a keen interest in the arts and digital art landscape. Chaunté is currently studying a Bachelor of Creative Media at UCOL │Te Pūkenga. She describes herself as passionate and detailed-orientated, with a keen eye for organisation and a flair for creativity.
